At Wake Up Call Coffee, we want you to love every sip. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable merchandise and exchanges for roast-related quality issues within 30 days.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your request.

  Package Your Item

  For equipment or apparel, place the unused item back in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement beans.
